- What I Drive
- 2025 S3
Disregard...not seeing a delete option. Regardless of the driver mode there is still a need to be in the right gear for the response I want to see. Just have to drive it more like a manual transmission
Hi all, picked up my 2025 S3 a couple of days ago. I'm finding that the throttle is not very responsive. One instance is that I can be driving at 60 mph and can apply ~10 percent more throttle with minimum response. I read that the 2025 has pre-spool to keep the throttle response high when cruising. Similarly, dynamic mode is ok when going from a stop but I see slow response/ acceleration below 3k rpms. Is this normal for the S3? In comparison, my Mazda CX5 throttle response is much better, as were my 2004 still and 2015 focus st.
