This worked on my 2018 with Virtual Cockpit, activating what the manual calls "Sport Displays"

Using VCDS:

17 - Instruments>Coding>Long Coding Helper>Byte 10 (or the "81" byte)

Check the "Display 'Acceleration' " box and commit.

My 2017 with virtual cockpit does not have that option, wonder if they added it in '18?

Just getting VCDS up for 1st time, using older microCAN from Ross Tech, trying to see if I need to purchase a new adapter.

Once you're in, you can do all the standard changes regardless of the adapter. My ross tech cable is 15 years old and still gets me in.
