Engine rattle

Hello, I recently bought a used 2024 Audi RS3 with low miles on, 6000 miles. However starting it in my garage with the engine completely cold pointed out a strange rattle noise, and I don’t really know where it comes from. There also other threads on other forums with my problem, some says that it’s the timing chain slacking, but I don’t really know.

Sounds like it could be either the timing chain tensioner or exhaust valve. But it does sound pretty cool.

Yeah, pretty cool till I receive the mechanic bill lol. When I get home from work I’ll try to start the car and see where the noise comes from. It is really loud, that’s why it didn’t seem to me the classic timing chain slacking noise. I’ll keep you updated, in the meantime does someone seem to recognise this noise?
