Rev jumping when idle at lights (irregular occurrence)

Hi currently got an issue where the car seems to rev Jump when stopped at lights etc. this fault is not a constant issue seems to only happen on rare occurrence, just wondering if anyone has had this issue too or might have some ideas on which it might be. Note that this only happens in dynamic drive and engine light is not on

Do you have your car tuned?
I get that once in a blue moon when I drive my car to work right at the beginning of my trip, I won't get any codes or check engine light.
I usually let off the brake and move forward just a bit and it goes away.
