Audi s3 8v knocking noise front end when turning.

hi, i have recently got an audi s3 8v 2014, it has aftermarket bola alloys and vortland lowering springs i didn't know if these mods is the cause of the noise, at very low speeds turning eg parking, and everytime i pull away left/right there is a slight knock everytime the wheel turns not only on a full turn of the wheel. any ideas before i pay for someone to investigate? many thanks henry.
