Best power mods to do on a 6spd

Trying not to do a clutch upgrade on the MK7 I just got
What are the best power mods to do to stay under the threshold of the OEM clutch.
Ive seen how even moderate tunes start demanding a clutch upgrade so which tune would be 6spd safe and which bolt ons to support?

clutch damage is mostly based on how you drive it.
anyone can destroy a clutch if driven harshly. even if you had 150hp.

"I" put the APR tune on my manual 2024 R. (I had a shop do the flash.) Some say APR is more "conservative" than other tunes. The APR tune tweaks for lower torque in the manual. The before and after comparison are incomparable. It PULLS when asked yet the everyday characteristics remain unchanged.
